How do I factory reset my Wyze Scale BodyScan?
Open the battery compartment, then set the scale down. Tap to activate the scale, then press and hold the UNIT button above the batteries. The TFT display will show “Clear” when the scale is reset.

Are there any hidden fees or a required monthly subscription?
No hidden fees! All core features—including BMI, body fat %, and trend tracking—are completely free. You do not need a mandatory subscription to unlock the scale's full functionality.

Is there an age limit for the body composition features?
Body composition metrics (body fat %, water %, etc.) are only available for users aged 10-100. Children under 10 and seniors over 100 will not be able to access body composition features. Data for ages 10-17 is for reference only.
