Q1:Why is my Type-C cable not working?

A1:Please check if the Type-C port of your laptop is a full-featured Type C port, If not, it would not work with KETXDD portable monitor.（You can connect the monitor with HDMI Cable and Type-C power supply cable.）

Q2:Does it work with iPhone 12 ?

A2:Our portable display can be compatible with iPhone. You only need to buy a Lightning to HDMI Adapter, then connect the Lightning to HDMI Adapter and our display with an HDMI cable and plug in the power at the same time.

Q3:Does the monitor support Bluetooth connectivity?

A3:The Bluetooth keyboard and mouse need to be connected through the Bluetooth of the phone/laptop.

Q4:Do I need to download additional drivers?

A4:HDMI cable is directly connected, no need to download additional drivers.
