Connect the device to the computer via USB cable and download update client software tool from ANCEL official page. Then follow update instructions to go.

1. IT CAN NOT be updated on MAC and Windows XP!
2. The update software only supports Windows 7/8/10. Windows 8/10 system can run updated software directly. Only Windows 7 needs to have the driver installed.
Questions and Answers:
1. Can this code reader be switched back and forth between cars and monitor on multiple vehicles?
It can be switched to another car to diagnose. But please back to the main interface first and then press the Bluetooth button to switch. And please note that you will only get the stats for one car at a time. To monitor multiple cars at the same time, you would need more than one monitor.
2. Does the ANCEL BD310 work with other apps?
No, It doesn't. It just works with ANCEL app.
3. What exactly does the battery check function do?
It displays real-time graphing battery voltage, detects vehicle battery’s Max/Min/Flameout voltage, monitors battery working status. so as to access and analyze the more accurate trend of your battery life.
