How to download music and what should to do if file transfer is slow?
Just connect the MP3 player to the computer with a data cable, and then drag and drop the music files from the computer to the MP3 disk. It is recommended that a single transmission should not exceed 1GB.

If it can’t connect to Bluetooth.
1. It can only be connected to Bluetooth speakers and headsets, not to mobile phones; 2. Please use audio cable (not included) to connect MP3 and car; 3. Tell us what your Bluetooth device is and we will confirm whether it is compatible.

Please change the data cable or computer USB interface.

1. Poke the reset hole with a needle to reset the machine; 2. Connect to computer and force restart.
