Q:Why is my Type-C cable not working?
A:Please check if the Type-C port of your laptop is a full-featured Type C port, If not, it would not work with TEKXDD portable monitor.（You can connect the monitor with HDMI Cable and Type-C power supply cable.）
Q:Does it work with iPhone 12 ?
A:Our portable display can be compatible with iPhone. You only need to buy a Lightning to HDMI Adapter, then connect the Lightning to HDMI Adapter and our display with an HDMI cable and plug in the power at the same time.
Q:Does the monitor support Bluetooth connectivity?
A:The Bluetooth keyboard and mouse need to be connected through the Bluetooth of the phone/laptop.
