AC Wires Warning Function
The AC Warning Function operates consistently across all Scan modes. Whenever live AC voltage is detected, the AC warning indicator will promptly display on the screen. Exercise utmost caution under such circumstances or whenever live AC wiring is present.

Step1: CalibrationPlace the device on the surface of the wall. Press the Power Button to turn on the device. Hold the Scan Button for 2-3s calibrate. The calibration will be completed when bars decrease and a buzzer beeps one time. Note: In Stud mode, keep it flat against the wall to calibrate. In Metal/AC mode, put it in the air for calibration. |
Step2: Scan the WallMove the device slowly while ensuring it remains flat against the wall. Avoid shaking or lifting the device during operation. |
Step3: Find the CentersOnce the signal bar reaches its maximum and the beep alarm is at its loudest, it indicates that you have located the center of an object. Mark this spot with your pencil. Proceed to select the Metal Scan function to determine if the object is metallic. Upon confirming that it is not metallic, you have successfully identified the center of a stud. |
