Product Description
Increase safety and fuel economy by ensuring that tires are properly inflated with the Steelman High Accuracy Digital Gauge Tire Inflator. This premium model offers automatic temperature/pressure compensation and peak/valley/track pressure reading modes. The gauge is accurate to +/- 0.25% and reads pressures from 1 to 100 psi. The easy-to-read, backlit LCD screen can display pressure in one of four different scales - psi, Bar, kPa, or kg(f)/cm2, with a simple button press to switch between them. The unit also features a low battery indicator and an over-pressure indicator. To prevent premature draining of the included 9V battery, the gauge features a built-in auto-off timer. The 18-inch whip hose with attached swivel chuck makes it easy to reach recessed valve stems while keeping the gauge in an easy to read position. For protection in the event of a drop, a high-impact rubber boot surrounds the gauge. This unit exceeds the requirements of California AB32, with an error rating of 0.25 PSI, and includes a certificate of conformance that may be retained by the purchaser to demonstrate and assure compliance to the law.
