Yes, please use a computer to download and then drag & drop the apk files onto the player for installation, please be informed that new installation needs a password approval from the parents.

If the player is not working properly, or does not turn on after charged?
Trouble shooting: 1.setting---factory reset, 2.Force Restart: Hold the power button for 10-15 seconds until the logo appears. 3.Ensure the device has sufficient battery, use a standard 5V charger (not PD) and try another cable if charging fails.

While setting screenlocks, please choose "PIN" instead of others, cos even it's forgotten, we will be able to help. Our support team will be 24 standby to solve any unexpected issues.
