Why doesn’t the TS-501B show 0 dB in a quiet environment?
The TS-501B measures from 30–130 dB and does not start at 0 dB. When sound levels are below 30 dB, it displays “UL” (Under Limit). In a quiet environment, it reads between 30 and 45 dB.
