2. The effective distance of wireless charging of this product is within 8mm(recommend ≤ 4mm), the charging efficiency would be lower than rated when charing through a thick case which thickness is greater than 4mm and lead to abnormal heat , even can not charge

3. Please adjust the bottom bracket to adapt to different phone sizes (4.7"-6.9"), try to align the center position of the back of the phone with the "X" symbol on the stand panel as much as possible.

4. Please make sure there's no metal objects such like keys, credit cards, finger grips, etc. on the back side of the phone when you use this wireless car charger, any of the above objects will trigger FOD and leads to no charge

5. Please note the indicator lights status when using, after power on, the light shows red at standby mode, the light shows blue while at wireless charging mode, the light goes off while FOD taking action or power off.

Regarding the air vent clip:

This air vent clip does not suitable for those air vents in plane round engine shape that all of the inner part can be rotated. Please see the details and sample pictures in the user manual.

Regarding the suction cup holder:

Place the suction cup on a suitable flat position, adjust the angle and press the button to lock the suction cup firmly onto the flat surface. After fixing, the angle and the front-to-back distance can be adjusted at will. TPU suction cup + glue double adsorption, one key to lock.
