If your keyboard doesn't respond after connecting the device with the cable. Take your time. First, check that the cable connection button in your function button is lit. If not, press the wired connection button to connect your device.
If you want to use Bluetooth or 2.4G mode, first turn the 'on/off' switch at the back of the keyboard to 'on '.
If your keyboard doesn't connect to Bluetooth or 2.4Ghz or has a lag in use. Or there's something wrong with the keyboard that doesn't work. Please don't worry. Please turn to our software address and open the 'Read Me First'. It can help you! Software address-(bit.ly/WM87-Software)
