- Please update your Sense-U Baby app, the Baby Device firmware, the Base Station firmware to the latest versions, for the best connection performance and user experience.
- 2.4GHz private WiFi network is required to pair. Hotspot WiFi and 5G WiFi networks are not supported for pairing purpose.
- If your WiFi’s password has more than 31 characters or special characters such as the equals sign, please kindly change it to a password less than 31 characters.
- Please keep your device, phone and WiFi router as close as possible during pairing.
- If connection fails, please reset the base station first before trying again.
